Clube Mulher ships its products directly from the factory, with a delivery time of 5 to 15 business days, which may vary by region. Our products come directly from domestic and international suppliers (the United States, China, Sweden, and the Netherlands).
Your order can be tracked on your local post office website or through our website. It's sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
Your order will be delivered within the timeframes indicated below. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:
- Mainland Portugal - Delivery in 1-15 business days (after dispatch);
Shipping costs:
Free shipping on purchases of €40 or more.
Customs duties and import taxes:
Clube Mulher pays VAT and taxes, but due to different customs policies and import fees, additional charges may apply. Clube Mulher is not responsible for these charges, which are the responsibility of the consumer. Clube Mulher also has no control over any other costs, fees, or taxes that may be applied upon arrival of an order in the destination country. The total price includes only the item price, VAT, when applicable, and shipping costs. If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about customs fees and their applicability.
